Our goal is not just to digitalize existing workflows, but to improve them noticeably – with clear structures, modern technologies, and a focus on real results in daily operations.

We believe the future of staffing lies in simple, transparent, and collaborative processes. Whether direct client, mid-market, or enterprise: a standardized, transparent process determines who grows – less friction, faster decisions, better results.

Our story

Ben and Konstantin met during their studies – and quickly realized they shared more than just numbers and models. Ben grew up in staffing and has long carried the desire to make the industry better. During their studies, this became a shared project: ideas, approaches, and concepts for how to sustainably improve the way staffing agencies work.

What started with long conversations and initial concepts became increasingly concrete through exchanges with staffing agencies and end clients. By the end of 2025, the decision was made to develop a client portal with tagtig – building on previous product approaches, but clearly aligned with real daily challenges.

The market is large, processes often grown organically – and that's exactly where the opportunity lies. Since graduating, both have consistently pursued one goal: to elevate staffing to a new level with modern technologies and clear processes – without losing what has made the industry strong.

No. You choose the right channel per client: the tagtig client portal, email with tracking, or — if your client requires their own ATS/VMS — direct ATS integration. For your team, the process always looks the same; feedback and status flow centrally into tagtig in every case.

You send email as usual, but you see whether and when your client opened it, and get feedback back in a structured way — instead of having to piece it together from email threads.

When some of your clients require candidates to be submitted directly into their ATS, VMS, or supplier portal. tagtig then submits directly there — while you continue to serve other clients via portal or email in parallel.
